To provide immediate, judgment-free rescue and support services for abandoned or at-risk animals while working to reunite and preserve the human-animal bond in underserved communities.

Whiskers Without Walls (WWW) is a 501(c)(3) foster-based animal shelter serving rural Lake County, CA. WWW operates 24/7 without a traditional facility, instead utilizing a flexible, responsive, and community-driven foster network. Our goal is to reduce the population of homeless animals, provide emergency placement, and support low-income or system-impacted families in keeping their pets. We focus on humane response, rapid intake, and no-judgment service for vulnerable communities.

A future where every animal has a home and no family has to give up their pet due to financial hardship, systemic impact, or lack of resources.
